Retd. Lt. Colonel Hemendra Khadka is a former Nepalese Army Gurkha officer with extensive command experience in UN Peacekeeping Forces, physical security, executive protection, and logistics operations in Spartan and high-risk environments. He also has 12 years of management experience with international humanitarian organizations, government organizations, and private security companies. In addition to his security management expertise, Colonel Khadka has extensive experience training civilians and humanitarian workers in security awareness and response for high-risk zones such as Afghanistan and Iraq. He is proficient in English, Afghan Dari, Urdu, Hindi, Nepali, and basic Arabic. Currently based in the United States of America, he represents the organization's interests across the Americas while serving as a key advisor on its security operations.
