What We Do

Recruitment, Security & Manpower Services from Nepal

Four lines of service, one operational standard: vetted before deployment, commanded under a documented structure, reported on afterwards.

Overview

A recruitment agency and a security operator in one company

Applied Gorkha Solutions is a licensed Nepali recruitment and security company based in Lalitpur, in the Kathmandu Valley. We recruit, vet, and deploy Nepali and Gorkha personnel for employers in more than 20 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

Employers reach us for two different reasons. Some need people: skilled and unskilled workers recruited, screened, documented, and delivered to a site they will manage themselves. Others need a capability: a guarded perimeter, an armed transit team through a high-risk corridor, or a protection detail for a principal. The recruitment pipeline behind both is identical. What changes is the standard a candidate is held to and who commands them once they are deployed.

That distinction is why the four service lines below sit under one roof rather than in separate businesses. The vetting, the documentation chain, and the record-keeping are shared infrastructure; the deployment model is what differs.

Process

How an engagement runs

The same five stages apply whether you are hiring twelve hospitality staff or standing up a maritime transit team. The difference is the standard applied at stage three.

  1. 01

    Requirement brief

You tell us the role, the headcount, the destination, and the start window. We confirm whether the documentation chain for that country is one we can complete before anyone is sourced against it.

  2. 02

    Sourcing and screening

Candidates pass identity and document verification, employment-history checks, criminal-record screening, and medical clearance. Screening happens before a name reaches you, not after.

  3. 03

    In-person assessment

Documentary checks establish eligibility; they do not establish judgement or temperament. Every candidate is interviewed and assessed face to face in Nepal before reaching a client shortlist.

  4. 04

    Documentation and deployment

We complete the paperwork, travel, and clearances, and retain the records so an employer, auditor, or end client can trace exactly how a worker was cleared and by whom.

  5. 05

    After deployment

Security, maritime, and close protection details run under a documented chain of command with after-action reporting. For larger mobilisations an on-site coordinator can deploy with the team.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between your manpower service and your security services?
Manpower recruitment supplies workers an employer will manage directly — hospitality and front-office staff, industrial and manufacturing labour, landscaping, housekeeping, and laundry. The security, maritime, and close protection lines supply a capability rather than a headcount: personnel deploy as a team, under our documented chain of command, against a brief that we report back on. The recruitment and vetting pipeline behind both is the same; what differs is the standard a candidate is held to and who commands them once deployed.
Are you licensed to recruit and deploy workers out of Nepal?
Yes. Applied Gorkha Solutions Pvt. Ltd. holds Government of Nepal operating licence number 1739/081/082 and is based in Lalitpur, in the Kathmandu Valley.
Which countries do you recruit into?
We currently support operators in more than 20 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Placements range from a single vacancy to mobilisations of several hundred workers. If a destination is not one we already operate in, brief us and we will confirm whether the documentation chain for that country is one we can complete.
How is vetting documented?
Every candidate passes identity and document verification, employment-history checks, criminal-record screening, and medical clearance, and is interviewed and assessed in person in Nepal before reaching a client shortlist. Records are retained so an employer, auditor, or end client can trace exactly how a worker was cleared and by whom.
Can you handle a large mobilisation rather than individual hires?
Yes. For larger mobilisations an on-site coordinator can deploy with the team, giving the client a single point of contact who manages rosters, handles welfare issues, and resolves problems locally instead of routing every question back to Nepal across time zones.
