Overview
What we deliver
Applied Gorkha Solutions provides manned guarding and site protection for embassies, industrial facilities, hospitality groups, and large-scale events. Every deployment is led by trained Gurkha personnel operating under a documented chain of command, with clear post orders, shift discipline, and incident-reporting procedures.
Our officers are vetted, drilled, and supervised to international standards. Whether you require a permanent static guard force, mobile patrols, or a temporary detail for a high-profile event, we scale the team to the threat level and operational tempo of your site rather than selling a fixed package.
Every engagement begins with a site survey and threat assessment. We map access points, movement patterns, shift coverage, and the controls already in place, then agree post orders that set out what each officer does, where they are positioned, what they check, and how they escalate. Those orders are documented before the first shift and revised as conditions on the ground change.
Personnel come from the Gurkha recruitment tradition that gives this company its name, and they pass through the same due-diligence process we apply to every deployment: identity and document verification, employment history, criminal-record screening, and medical clearance. Applied Gorkha Solutions is licensed by the Government of Nepal under operating licence number 1739/081/082, and candidate documentation is retained so that clients can verify exactly who is standing on their site.
Supervision is continuous rather than occasional. Shift supervisors run formal handovers, spot-check posts through the duty cycle, and record occurrence and incident reports in writing. Escalation runs through a named account manager who knows the site, not a general call centre, and serious incidents are reported to the client immediately rather than at the end of a reporting period.
Requirements differ sharply by sector, and the deployment model changes with them. Diplomatic missions need access control, visitor screening, and personnel who can hold a position calmly under scrutiny. Industrial operators need perimeter integrity, contractor control, and coverage that survives shift changes and shutdowns. Hospitality groups need officers who protect guests and property without disrupting the guest experience. Event operators need a detail that can be stood up quickly, briefed thoroughly, and stood down cleanly.
Teams can be scoped as permanent static guard forces, rotating mobile patrols, or short-term surge details for events, shutdowns, and periods of elevated risk. From our base in the Kathmandu Valley we deploy to operators in more than 20 countries, and we can staff a single site or a multi-location programme under one chain of command.

Post orders are then agreed in writing before the first shift, setting out what each officer does, where they are positioned, what they check, and how they escalate. Those orders are revised as conditions change.
