Executive Chairman
Considering the fact that I started in the service industry in 1986, I have now accumulated more than three decades of continuous professional experience. Every career change has been a significant milestone, and I have always built my professional journey on a simple principle: embracing new challenges and opportunities while avoiding stagnation. Over the years, I have developed innovative methodologies through 33 years of experience in the recruitment industry, complemented by decades of expertise in tourism and commerce.
Board member - North America
Retd. Lt. Colonel Hemendra Khadka is a former Nepalese Army Gurkha officer with extensive command experience in UN Peacekeeping Forces, physical security, executive protection, and logistics operations in Spartan and high-risk environments. He also has 12 years of management experience with international humanitarian organizations, government organizations, and private security companies. In addition to his security management expertise, Colonel Khadka has extensive experience training civilians and humanitarian workers in security awareness and response for high-risk zones such as Afghanistan and Iraq. He is proficient in English, Afghan Dari, Urdu, Hindi, Nepali, and basic Arabic. Currently based in the United States of America, he represents the organization's interests across the Americas while serving as a key advisor on its security operations.
Partner - Europe
Natasa is a mature team leader and professional with extensive experience in recruitment and marketing, adaptable to challenging environments and committed to supporting both employers and job seekers with empathy and professionalism. Since 1999, she has worked as an independent HR Manager/Recruiter and business partner at Adept and Agile, overseeing team coordination, training, strategic planning, recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, placement, marketing, and administration. She has also worked as a Travel Agent and Consultant since 1985, with expertise in marketing and promotion, travel consulting, holiday planning, customer relations, budget management, sales and profit target achievement, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) destination management.
Business Development Director
As the Business Development Director of Applied Gorkha Solutions, I provide the strategic vision for a portfolio dedicated to global talent mobility. My expertise is built on a strong foundation that includes an MA in English, TITI certification, TEFL and counseling certifications, and advanced professional training from the British Council and IDP. Combined with a career that began as an IELTS instructor in 2014, this background enables me to lead with deep insight into both the human and strategic aspects of cross-border education. We have leveraged this expertise to build a respected organization recognized for its ethical placements and successful, long-term outcomes for students and professionals worldwide.
Commercial Director - South East Asia & Middle East
Commercial Director with 16+ years of management, international labor consulting, contracting, and recruitment experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, involving challenging industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, and Security Services. Experienced in negotiation, commercial strategy development, project management, commercial management, and business development. Strong management professional with an educational background focused on Finance and Business Systems.
Recruitment Officer
Anusha brings a sharp, academic mind and unwavering professionalism to the Agurkha team. Holding a master's in business studies, she is the architect of our office's efficiency, taking charge of all critical documentation, record keeping, and administrative systems. Her meticulous approach ensures that every candidate file and office record is managed with precision and integrity.
Manish efficiently manages candidate documentation, including CVs, police clearance reports, and application materials. He also oversees essential administrative tasks such as tax filings, license renewals, and document translations. With a proactive, mobile approach and additional expertise in digital marketing, he is a versatile and dedicated team member who plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Security Officer
Manoj is the dependable force behind the smooth operation of Agurkha’s daily activities. He leads candidate training and manages key interactions with professionalism, efficiency, and care. With a background in Muay Thai, Karate, and Taekwondo, he brings discipline, resilience, and leadership to the team, embodying the core values that define Agurkha.
Managing Director
Manoj is a very experienced part of our Management team and comes with more than a decade's experience in the recruitment arena. With experiences working in Malaysia and Qatar, Manoj also brings hands-on knowledge from the workers point of view. He deals with all Government issues, Labor Department of Nepal, selection of candidates, remote agents network, interview handling, etc. A true team member and section leader.
