The more of this we have up front, the sooner we can tell you whether we can serve the requirement — and, just as usefully, when we cannot.

• The role, and whether it is skilled or unskilled.
• Headcount, and whether it is a single vacancy or a phased mobilisation.
• Destination country — this determines the documentation chain and whether we already operate there.
• Your start window, so we can be honest about whether it is achievable.
• Any licence, trade-test or medical requirement the destination or end client imposes.
