From the Chairman
Read the full messageNepali workers are professionally hard-working, loyal, disciplined, and accustomed to operating under extreme conditions with seriousness in their commitment to their employers. We ensure that every selected candidate provides our clients with the highest level of quality assurance and confidence.
How we work
Each engagement runs through one of three operational tracks. The track defines vetting depth, deployment cadence, and reporting.
Background verification, document validation, and operational risk assessment for every candidate and partner. Procedures align with international compliance and client-specific requirements.
Maritime security delivered under the industry-standard BMP4 framework. Risk-rated transits, vessel hardening guidance, and armed teams briefed to the operator's voyage plan.
Short-cycle deployments for peak operational demand: harvest seasons, hospitality high season, event programs, and project mobilisations. Pre-vetted talent pool, rapid documentation.
Our allies
Operating alongside globally recognised institutions, certification bodies, and security alliances.
Proof of work
Large-volume recruitment and international deployment, from sourcing in Nepal to personnel on site.
Client record
I have worked with Pravin and his recruitment company since 2008, recruiting teams of several categories of workers from Nepal for the furniture and manufacturing factories in various cities all over Poland. We were one of the pioneer European companies to initiate this type of "delegation" of workers from Nepal, and our experience with Pravin and his team has been exemplary. I recommend Pravin and his team for their professional approach.
