Destination

Nepali Workers for Poland

Poland's manufacturing sector has recruited Nepali personnel through Applied Gorkha Solutions, including a repeat engagement supplying several categories of worker to furniture and manufacturing factories.

Why Nepal

Recruiting from Nepal for Poland

European manufacturers turning to Nepali labour are typically looking for a documented, regulated origin-side process and candidates who will stay through a multi-year placement rather than a single season. The corridor is newer than the Gulf routes, which means fewer agencies have completed it end to end.

Vetting

Every candidate is cleared before you see a shortlist

  • Identity and document verification
  • Employment-history checks
  • Criminal-record screening
  • Medical clearance
  • In-person interview and assessment in Kathmandu

Records are retained so an employer, auditor or end client can trace exactly how a worker was cleared and by whom.

Process

Labour approval and lead time

Every placement from Nepal runs through the Department of Foreign Employment, which issues the labour approval that makes a deployment lawful. That pipeline has been suspended and restored more than once in recent years, so start dates should be planned against the approval calendar rather than assumed. Applied Gorkha Solutions holds Government of Nepal operating licence number 1739/081/082 and completes the approval chain as part of the engagement.

Lead time depends on Poland’s visa regime and the headcount you need, so there is no single figure that holds across placements. Send the role, country and intended start date and we will tell you what is realistic before you commit.
